・Consumption tax: Unless otherwise specified, sales prices include tax.

・Shipping Fee: there is no separate shipping fee; it is included in the price or products are shipped free of charge. However, if you are unable to receive the product after it has been shipped due to your circumstances and it has to be reshipped, we may charge you the shipping fee from the second time onwards.

11. Limited product quantity sales

For limited product quantity sales, we may refuse your order once the available quantity has been exceeded.

13. Cancellation, return and exchange

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept cancellation of orders, exchanges, or returns of products due to customer convenience after an order has been placed.

We will only exchange a product if it is defective and all of the following conditions (a) to (c) are met. If there are circumstances that prevent us from exchanging the product, you may request a return and refund of the product, and we will comply with such request.

(a) It is a material product

(b) You informed us about defects or deficiencies in the product by sending an e-mail to our customer service at fanmachi@hiromori.co.jp within seven days of receiving the product.

(c) After contacting us, you promptly returned the product to the address designated by us (we will bear the shipping costs).

Unless otherwise specified in the product conditions (including Terms and Conditions), we will not take any action regarding defects or failures of products purchased from our company other than exchange as specified above.
